I coordinate, but I don't carry out technical work. Specialist professionals work under their own insurance and invoice you directly.
Discretion is the basis of the service. Keys are kept in a personal safe, labelled with a reference code and never with your address, and your details are shared only with the professionals needed for each task. I never share photos or information about your home.
Yes. After each visit you receive a short message with a photo. If I find anything that needs attention, I let you know the same day, and nothing is arranged or spent without your approval.
